Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SimplyJITH Academy platform ("Platform") — including our website, course marketplace, and all related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make purchases. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@simplyjith.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SimplyJITH Academy provides access to digital courses delivered through Canvas LMS. Upon successful payment:

• A Canvas LMS account is created for you (or linked to your existing Canvas account) using your registered email.
• You are automatically enrolled in the purchased course.
• You receive access to course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase (or lifetime access where stated).

Course content, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time. Enrolled students retain access to content purchased before any changes.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (INR by default unless otherwise stated). Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal).

Refund Policy:

• Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• No refund will be issued once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Free courses are not eligible for refunds.

All content on the Platform — including course materials, videos, text, images, and software — is owned by SimplyJITH Academy or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to:

• Access and view course content for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Record, screen-capture, or copy course videos or materials for redistribution.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without our written consent.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyJITH Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the preceding 12 months.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Canvas LMS and payment processors). These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to other users or to the Platform. Upon termination, your licence to access course content will cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
