• To process payments and fulfill course enrollments.
• To send transactional emails (enrollment confirmations, password resets).

• Payment processors — Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal receive the minimum data required to process your payment.
• Canvas LMS — your name and email are shared with your institution's Canvas LMS instance to create your learner account and manage enrollments.

• Service providers — trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery) under strict confidentiality obligations.

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Note that some data (e.g. payment records) may be retained for a minimum period as required by applicable law.
